The new PEAR package File_IMC-0.3 (beta) has been released at http://pear.php.net/.

* Added file_exists() check to prevent E_NOTICE errors in factory if file doesn't \
                exist (thanks, Davey)
* Cleaned up error handling to let the user app have control \
(File_IMC_Build::raiseError() no longer passes a PEAR_ERROR_* to PEAR::raiseError()) \

Package Info
-------------
Allows you to programmatically create a vCard or vCalendar, and fetch the text.

IMPORTANT: The array structure has changed slightly from Contact_Vcard_Parse.
See the example output for the new structure.  Also different from Contact_Vcard
is the use of a factory pattern.  Again, see the examples.
