I am surprised that there is no information about the fact that, after
installation, one needs to move the index.php file (which was created in
the non-public area) into a web folder and then access it in a browser.
It makes sense in hindsight, but for a first time user it is not so easy
to see. Also it should be pointed out that the field \"Installation
prefix ($prefix)\" needs to be set to that folder that was created on
non-web territory (it is sort of explained though).
