Bug description:  No mention of addtionalInfo parameter in OAuthException class

Description:

The OAUTH_PARAMETER_ABSENT error requires an oauth_parameters_absent
parameter. However it is never specified where this parameter should be
placed in the OAuthException so that OAuthProvider::reportProblem picks it
up.

After reading the C code in SVN I guessed it was the 'additionalInfo'
parameter although it is not mentioned anywhere in the docs.

Please add at least a mention of it in:

http://in.php.net/manual/en/class.oauthexception.php

And possibly here too:

http://in.php.net/manual/en/oauthprovider.reportproblem.php
