This bug has been fixed in SVN.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

When trying to do scs-release from a directory other then the channel
directory the following exception is throw:
Fatal error: Call to a member function saveRelease() on a non-object in
C:\Users\Warnar
Boekkooi\Documents\pear\php\PEAR2\SimpleChannelServer\CLI.php on line
225

Test script:
---------------
Goto a directory other then you channel directory and do:
php pyrus.phar scs-release d:\pear\packages\test\te
st-0.1.0.tar warnar

Expected result:
----------------
- A nice exception saying that you need to be in the channel directory
to execute this command.

Actual result:
--------------
