I have to add support for alignment as I see now :)

I didn't want to have to keep the full image directory structure in the
compiled manual - instead, all images go into a single directory now.
And yes, the hash is an md5 of the directory that is used to separate
different pictures with the same name while keeping the original name a
bit for debugging/whatever purposes.
