Hello all,

I've finally include The Definitive Guide (TDG), my external doc, to the 
new PEAR Manual.

It was so easy (a very pleasure). I didn't like idea to do it before PhD 
was available and provides a such facility !

Thanks to all PhD team, and especially Christian Weiske, without who 
this guide (and the others one I've written) won't certainly be included 
into new PEAR Manual.

Last but not least, a wink to all developers/leaders that provides a 
stable version of their package without any doc.

Even it's a PEAR standard rule, and I regret that it not followed at 
100%, ... Developers / Leaders, you've no excuse now to write a doc/guide.

Let's talk your pencil, even it's not a Best Seller, a draft is better 
than nothing.
