Bug description:  Error 404 - document not found for I18N_UnicodeNormalizer

I get the following error message when I click on "Documentation for the
latest release" in http://pear.php.net/package/I18N_UnicodeNormalizer/docs.
This has never worked since I released the package. I already sent a few
emails to pear-webmaster@lists.php.net who told me once to wait until the
next build.

Expected result:
----------------
The auto-generated API document.

Actual result:
--------------
Error 404 - document not found

The requested document /package/I18N_UnicodeNormalizer/docs/latest/ was
not found on this server.
