Bug description:  Net_POP3 not always slower than extension

Description:

In the documentation, it says that Net_POP3 may be slower than the php
extension.  I think it should mention one notable exception:  The native
extension lists the entire contents of the mailbox upon login.  If one is
only checking for the validity of the pop3 login, that can take much more
time that needed.  I think this PEAR module should perform much faster. :)
