Hello and thanks Martin for this notice.

But i don't see what's wrong with my docbook code.
I've followed the
http://www.docbook.org/tdg/en/html/funcdef.html example
into
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/pear/HTML_Progress/tutorials/HTML_Progress/dm.geti
ncrement.pkg?r=1.4

like this example pick from QuickForm
http://cvs.php.net/co.php/peardoc/en/package/html/html-quickform/html-quickf
orm/apiversion.xml?r=1.1

Please, tell me if i'm blind (i hope no ;-) and tell me (Greg / Martin) what
i did wrong !

PS: dm.getincrement.pkg is not the only file where i used < void/ > syntax
