I am Haruki Setoyama.

I should write the Purpose more in detail.

I did Japanese translation with Mr. Jokagi last year.
He and Japanese documentation team is short of translater/maintainer,
so he and Mr. Hirokawa suggest to me that I should apply the CVS account.

I will get in touch with him later.
