Dieter,

as soon as the website is updated again (this will happen in a few
minutes), you will find a simple upload interface for the CHM version of
the manual at http://pear.php.net/admin/chm-upload.php.

For the testing period, there is no reference on pear.php.net to those
files, but you should start playing with the stuff to see if you
encouter any problems. It is not necessary that you upload files for all
languages yet.

Every upload will trigger a notice in syslog(3) and currently only you
and the members of the PEAR Group have the karma to perform
uploads. (This can be easily changed if there will be other people that
work on the CHM stuff.)
