Hi,

I'm new to PEAR-doc, please can someone inform me of the latest tools
pear have regarding its documentation 
- software used to edit the doc (I heard about peardoc converter, what
is it, text-to-docbook ?)
- documentation guidelines (what doc should packages authors write)
- whatever you feel informant
