The pcc-libs doesnt have the same current link.  I dont think i will be
using it myself anyways as i would prefer to point to a specific release
point as "latest stable" in my system so im sure i will work out some sort
of script based on your release/date/version system you have going but just
pointing it out in the event someone cares about it.
