I am hoping a reader of this list has access to an IBM Power 6
(or later) workstation that is running either Linux or AIX and 
is using the IBM XL C 9 (or later) compiler.  I am curious as
to how well (or poorly) that compiler does with this test:

The comments section of that code shows the results from other
systems (both Gnu gcc and Intel icc do poorly).
