I am experiencing weird behavior from pcc when compiling under NetBSD
5.0.x x86_64.

pcc is now able to fully compile itself without errors (yay!), but but
when installing this self-compiled pcc and attempting to recompile,
ccom just hangs and never finishes compilation. Apparently it runs in
an endless loop because no additional memory is being consumed. It
repros when compiling even the simplest hello.c.

Steps:

1. tar zxvf pcc-101101.tgz
2. cd pcc-1011101/
3. CC=gcc CFLAGS='-g -O0 -DPCC_DEBUG' sh -c './configure && make all'
4. su root -c 'make install'
5. make clean && make distclean
6. CC=pcc CFLAGS='-g -DPCC_DEBUG' sh -c './configure && make all'
7. Repeat (4) and (5)
8. Repeat (6)
