Ask Hiroki Sato <hrs@allbsd.org>, he'll mirror BSD-related repositories
for free and allow access via rsync and cvsweb (and, in theory, AnonCVS,
but he failed to do so for ours).

Besides that, just place cvsweb.{cgi,conf,css} in your htdocs and adjust
the .conf file. That should be easy ☺
