Simplify some of the declaration yacc code.
Add support for parsing a bunch of the gcc attributes:
	aligned	(partly supported)
	packed (supported)
	section (dupported)
	unused (parsed)
	deprecated (parsed)
	noreturn (parsed)
	format (parsed)
	bounded (parsed)
	nonnull (parsed)
	sentinel (parsed)
