I as working with an OEM build, so I decided to download the 1709 ISO and s=
tart over. Once I did that, all updates installed without issue.

I had a similar issue with several machines and ended up uninstalling .NET =
3.5 from the Optional Features, rebooting, and then applying updates. Wort=
h a shot.

Subject: [patchmanagement] Corrupt manifest
I have a machine that was just upgraded from 1607 to 1709. It will not ins=
tall any cumulative updates now. Both January and February CUs fail with a=
n error in the cbs.log stating a manifest is corrupt. The issue occurs even=
after running dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. SFC /scanno=
w returns no errors.
Any ideas for how to resolve this?
Thanks,
Jeff
