I'm told at least one site for Chicago uses it. We have a client that works with \
property taxes there. Aside from that we've been uninstalling it.
MS usually releases Silverlight KBs twice, once as a new install and once as an \
update for people that already have it. If you approve the wrong one, everybody gets \
it installed.

Forgiveness if this strays too far, but what business class uses are there for \
Silverlight? It seems to be installed on a lot of systems but outside of Netflix I \
personally don't know of any software packages that use it. For attack surface \
mitigation is it best to remove on the average user's machine?

hi,
It seems it is not a security update and it was released quickly after a security \
update as far as I remember. Based on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3162593, \
it fixes a date/time parsing issue for Norway and Serbia

Anyone missed this patch too... KB3162593 [Update for Microsoft Silverlight], showing \
as required.
The severity is 'none' so my ADR rules missed it but it was also release a day after \
KB3162593 [Microsoft Silverlight], what's the deal with that?
Can anyone explain?
Cheers,
Andrew
