Holy crap I actually experienced this bug in my SP3. I knew something was wrong, I \
just assumed the last firmware update fixed this. Definitely need to push to my SP3.

I just purchased a new SP4 since my SP3 exhibited these very characteristics. The \
catch, the unit won't boot into Windows due to full battery depletion.

I'll try and see if I can get it to work. That would give me a backup! :)
