For the few actual developers that need it I would keep it up to date.  Otherwise for \
normal users I know of no use for it and would uninstall it.

So…I am seeing all this talk about JRE….makes me wonder about JDK. In each JDK \
bin folder is a java.exe for that version. It doesn't really get called like the \
java.exe in the JRE folder but it still exists on the machine.

In some of my research I can't really find any "security issues" as it relates to the \
jdk java.exe, but it would seem to me that I wouldn't want "vulnerable" version of \
java.exe on machines.

Does anyone do anything with the jdk java.exe? Or jdk itself when new versions come \
out?
