Alex,
  The truth is that according to your requirement can be choose one of all
applications mentioned, in my experience, for large environments and
branches where you have to manage Windows patches must use SCCM (WSUS
integrated). The advantage I see in the distribution via (BITS or Branch
cache) and generate reports that you prune. The downside is that if the
SCCM failure is difficult to solve. For small environments, a few machines
all together You can use anything from third parties.
