hi all,
I am a newbie and I want to set up a an authentication server which is =
running OpenLDAP (i am using openldap on the server and pam_ldap on the =
client)
Like a PDC under Win NT.
So if linuxclient A wants to telnet for example Sever B, its =
authentication is
made via the LDAP-Server.
So the user on client A shouldn't need an account on server B because =
his
user name & passwd is stored on the LDAP server.
Am I right ? or is this assuption completely wrong ? So what kind of =
entries do I need to put in my ldif file ?
thanks a lot for your tips & tricks
Jan
