What version of nss_ldap are you using? This was a known bug that was fixed with nss_ldap 2.17.

Hello,

My problem is :
GDS UDS bindDNs have more than 10 operations per second on a connection !!!
nscd.conf for passwd, group, hosts, ipnodes, exec_attr, prof_attr and
user_attr is as follows :
        positive-time-to-live passwd 3600
        negative-time-to-live passwd 3000
        suggested-size passwd 500
        keep-hot-count passwd 120
        old-data-ok passwd no
        check-files passwd yes
        enable-cache passwd yes
Is it possible to tell if above parameters are good/ bad choice ?
Using 'nscd -g', I can see cache hit rate is above 90%.
Any comments on this is highly appreciated.

Cheers,
Narayan
