Thanks for your reply, yes I already request and asking regarding supports contract \
throught the portal!
Yesterday's isueed gladly have been solved, it's because one of our partner \
accidently disabled sso but it also make "allow_username_password=disabled" on \
pf.conf, I change it manually and restart the service, and have successfully login \
again.

Hello there,
Urgent and mailing support is not very compatible. If you require urgent help, you \
can contact us to have a Support contract.
It could be a credential issue or DB issue.
You can try to create a locale account and see if it works.
Create a local account on the CLI:
htpasswd -c /usr/local/pf/conf/admin.conf USERNAME
Put the password twice, try to log in again.
