Hi,

I've setup packet writing on kernel 2.6.8.1 on an udev enabled system, using
packet-2.6.8-2.patch. It works so far, but after loading the pktcdvd module
I first get a _character_ device /dev/pktcdvd with major:minor 10:62. This
confuses pktsetup.

However, if I remove this device file and create a directory /dev/pktcdvd,
everything works fine.

Don't know if this is pktcdvd or a udev issue, though.

Any hints?

Bye...

 Dirk
