hello,
here are my results:
during copying 2 small files, deleting one & umount I got following
messages:
kernel: hdc: command error: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error
}
kernel: hdc: command error: error=0x54
kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 16:00 (hdc), sector 10116
kernel: huh, 10116 not uptodate
kernel: 10116 not uptodate
for different sector numbers.
after remounting the disk, ls says that that lost+found directory is
corrupted, propably because the previous delete operation. msgs:
kernel: udf: udf_read_inode(ino 2529) failed !bh
kernel: hdc: command error: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error
}
kernel: hdc: command error: error=0x54
kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 16:00 (hdc), sector 10116
kernel: huh, 10116 not uptodate
kernel: 10116 not uptodate
next try with copying two ~2Mb files & umount:
kernel: pktcdvd: pktcdvd0: write error
kernel: ide-cd: write_intr decode_status bad
kernel: 0), sector 21028
kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 16:00 (pktcdvd0), sector 21032
...
kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 16:00 (pktcdvd0), sector 1408
kernel: __refile_buffer: rdev is packet, should move?
after trying to remount, the computer hanged with famous last words:
kernel: udf: udf_read_inode(ino 2529) failed !bh
kernel: udf: udf_read_inode(ino 5005) failed !bh
after boot I tried to copy 2Mb (according to ls output) file from rw to
hdd, the resulting file was ~1Mb.
that's about it.
