Hello,

on oc 7.0.4 should the notification app send an email if a new file is
uploaded on a user's folder shared by url (i.e.
https://example.com/public.php?service=files&t=faab898a56921ac6fc74f43da81ef03d)
?

I shared a folder using an url&password and then uploaded several files
using the url, but nothing happened.

Where can I trace if the notificacion tried to work but something went
wrong?

Notifications are meant to be hourly.

I have checked that emails can be sent.
