Dear Friend of OWASP,

You are invited to the OWASP AppSec Seattle 2006 Conference being held Oct 17th-18th. \
The tutorial day is Oct 16th.

OWASP's AppSec conferences are dedicated to real-world application security issues \
and solutions. You'll learn many aspects of application security, including people, \
process, and technology perspectives.

You'll hear presentations on topics like:

  - Web Services Security
  - Securing AJAX Applications
  - The Microsoft Secure Development Lifecycle
  - The benefits of various new and enhanced OWASP projects, like:
         - OWASP Software Assurance Metrics
         - OWASP Code Review Standards
         - OWASP Java Project
         - OWASP .Net Project

Three tutorials area available the day prior to the conference on:
  1) Fundamentals of Web Application Security
  2) Web Services Security
  3) Advanced .NET Security

NOTE: Early registration ends Sept. 21 and many of the room holds on the discounted \
conference hotel rooms are released around that date too, so please make your \
conference and hotel reservations early!!
