Hi all,
As some of you may be aware, Microsoft EMEA is planning an online security
contest (http://www.gatekeepertest.com) for all I.T. professionals (not just
developers).
Since there are probably right now plenty of security experts around Europe
feverously studying all aspects of security, would it not be an excellent
idea to write a book on it? The book will be placed in the public domain and
available for free download (as PDF). If interested in contributing a couple
of chapters, please visit http://www.clipcode.cc or drop me an email, ASAP.
The GateKeeper Test (and the book) will cover end-to-end security on the
Microsoft platform. The subject matter will be along the lines of the
Microsoft TechNet Security Center -
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/Security/default.mspx
Since this list is mainly developers - I would be grateful if you would let
any security experts among you system admin and network infrastructure teams
know about this.
