Our devices are configured to use ICMP to determine whether they're online.  They're \
configured to reboot after about 6 minutes if there has been no ICMP response during \
that time (6 pings).  We've tried changing the destination IP, but it appears that we \
are not getting ICMP responses at all.  I can, however, ping the device's VzW static \
IP, but reachability varies by source IP.

We're trying to remove that ICMP test to see if they stay online, and are only \
impacted by having ICMP partially blocked.
