We've had one business customer report calls several drops - is it in any
way related to what's been shared this morning about Windstream or
Earthlink?

Help Desk call volume has increased drastically stating one way or no audio.
Almost all calls traverse Windstream at some point during traces.

I've seen 8 branch offices drop coast-to-coast in the past 30 minutes (CA,
TN, VA primarily) with service on both Spectrum and Comcast. Is anyone
seeing a backbone or transit issue that we could track this back to?

Thanks!
