Been having issues loading Instagram on iOS and web. When I check failing requests in \
my browser their UI is hung due to timeouts at instagram.fsjc1-3.fna.fbcdn.net \
<http://instagram.fsjc1-3.fna.fbcdn.net> . Checking the same URL for specific \
photos/videos via outside servers confirms timeouts and friends on the other side of \
the country also report issues using Instagram. DownDetector also has seen a spike of \
down reports over the last few hours.
