Several clients reported voice quality issues between 2-3 PM ET for
specific lines of business (definitively not all services provided by Star
Telecom). Calls for these LOBs are transferred from third parties who use
unknown carriers (guessing Bell/Rogers/etc). So my suspicion is that one of
those carriers had issues at that time, which impacted transferred calls.
We can't prove it since I don't know who the underlying carrier is… but
there was definitely something.



Wondering if anyone else experienced voice or network issues in
Ontario/Eastern Canada around that time (2-3pm et).
