Subject: [outages] Little Rock to Memphis - Possible Fiber Cut

We are seeing a wave down between 1950 Stemsons FWY, Dallas to 56 Marietta
in Atlanta, GA. The waves goes thru Nashville.

XO is saying span failure between Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN.

Assuming it's a fiber cut.
