Anybody noticing DNS resolution issues?  Seems to mostly be affecting ATT c=
ircuits...
Email correspondence to and from this address may be subject to the North C=
arolina Public Records law and may be disclosed to third parties by an auth=
orized state official (NCGS. ch. 132). Student educational records are subj=
ect to FERPA.
