Had an opportunity to speak with phonepower's NOC manager and the way he
explained me, due to a software glitch in their session border
controller (acme) that caused slowness and at one point locked up during
re-registering process of all backed up voip calls.

So the 64-bit question is, why wasn't the voip calls re-routed to the
distributed SBC?

I have requested RFO once they are done with their internal process and
invited them to participate in outages mailing list.

regards,
/virendra
