Have a DIA circuit in the LA area that's down three times a year with unknown \
reasons, every time we open a ticket, six hours later they pick up the ticket which \
is about 25 minutes after it comes back online and their response is 'huh'?
I'm not hearing any complaints so I must be lucky today.

normal call volume. Anyone else seeing services impacted?
