I can't even get to their portal to open a ticket and had to call their NOC=
, which was painful.
Is anyone else affected by this outage and/or can provide some insight? =C2=
=A0I was unable to convince the NOC person that this wasn't an issue with m=
y network equipment but rather the SprintLink to CenturyLink handoff in the=
 Santa Clara area.
