The OSGeo Conference Committee has extended the deadline by 2 weeks for
submitting a letter of intent for hosting the 2011 FOSS4G event.  See
below for the updated deadlines, or at http://www.osgeo.org/conference/rfp

  Letters of Intent (Stage 1) due:    2010-04-23 23:00 UTC [1]
  Stage 1 question period:            2010-04-23 to 2010-04-30
  Stage 1 decision:                   2010-04-30
  Proposals (Stage 2) due:            2010-05-21 23:00 UTC [2]
  Stage 2 question period:            2010-05-21 to 2010-05-28
  Final decision:                     2010-06-11
