Dave Olien has taken a stab as listing lower level features needed for
Volume Management, and then has identified the gaps assuming that DM is
part of the solution stack for Volume Management.  We probably will need
to add an MD column as well.

We plan to work with Novell and IBM (and anyone else interested) to 
better represent upper level features in this list.  Once the full list
is identified, solution providers can identify gaps with the whole
solution stacks (eg EVMS/DM/MD or proprietary stacks...).

To discuss testing opportunities at the meeting 11/11, Dave has noted
where testing is needed in the gap column:
