There don't tend to be conformance changes across service packs,
so the answer for across each series should remain the same -
LSB 3.1 according to the page (you're looking ahead a bit on
the SLES side at least, as only SP2 has been released).

>       - RHEL6

As these are not released yet, there's no precise answer.
We'd hope that as these are slated for release after LSB 4.0,
that you could run the LSB 4.0 testkit, as well as all the
3.x ones, against them with success but we'll have to wait
and see on that.
