I'm in the process of cleaning up and preparing the patches.

But currently in my queue of working code:
- relocatable i386 bzImage with an ELF header.
- relocatable x86_64 bzImage with an ELF header.
- i386/x86_64 EXTInt restore on reboot
- i386/x86_64 apic init into InitIRQ.
- Not shutting down apics on a kernel crash.

Just in case someone is wondering if something is happening.
