I dont have the awnser to your question but the differances could be from a
few things

1> do you have the "level" set the same,  as in Customer Counder, Dail pick
up etc...., when you compair the 2.  the charge differant for dail pick up
and customer counter etc

2> do you have any handling fee turned on?
