It's Ubuntu.

That's a tall order ;)  Since you're learning linux, out of curiosity, 
why would learning how to install Orca help you.

To confirm, there's this Orca that this list discusses which is for 
performance monitoring, and there's GNOME Orca which is a "...and 
extensible screen reader that provides access to the graphical desktop 
via user-customizable combinations of speech and/or braille." [1]  Are 
you looking for the performance monitoring one?  If so, instructions on 
installing Orca can be found here:
