    Remove C++ template depth limit compiler option
    
    As reported in issue #288 on some Linux environments such as Gentoo
    limiting the template depth to 50 would cause the OProfile build to
    fail.  Just removed the limit option and let the compiler use its
    larger default limit.  Thanks to Andrew Savchenko for diagnosing the
    issue and submitting a fix.
