    Read in s390 cpu id information as hex number
    
    The s390 kernel outputs the cpuid information (machine field) in the
    /proc/cpuinfo as a hexadecimal number and OProfile was reading those
    digits in as a decimal number.  This worked because there are
    currently no hex digits in that field.  To be consistent with the
    kernel the OProfile code now reads in the field as a hexadecimal
    number.
