The RPMs that Open vSwitch builds for XenServer have always installed
their files to /root/vswitch.  This series of commits changes the RPMs
to instead install into the directories specified by FHS
(http://www.pathname.com/fhs/), the applicable standard on GNU/Linux
systems.
