You could do some shell script magic ? :)

Eero
Hello,

we are using OpenVAS-8 on CentOS 7 (used the binary packages via Atomicorp)
and added 18 tasks, which should scanned weekly.
Currently I added 18 entries in crontab using the omp command to prevent
performance issues, by starting each task half an hour after another.

I am unable to find any information about how to limit concurrent scans, so
is there a way to configure, to start all 18 tasks at once (with the omp
command) but only one scan could be active at once?

In the openvassd.conf I configured:
# Maximum number of simultaneous hosts tested :
max_hosts = 1

But that does not work :(

Thanks a lot,

Daniel
