Aha! Makes total sense now, got it all working.

It'd be nice to get the README.AdvancedRouting included in OS2 - I made a
bad assumption that it was undocumented, when the documentation just
wasn't included.

I'll also see what I can do about getting this documented the ipsec.conf 
man page.
